Tween Lyrical ages 11-14

Lyrical dance is a fusion of Jazz and Ballet. It uses expressive movement to tell a story. The dancers work on learning to express emotions through movement. Dancers explore emoting feelings that are brought about through the music and lyrics. Dancers are encouraged to also take Ballet and Jazz.

The following dance attire is recommended for this class.    

Tights, Leotard, dance shorts or leggings

All teams need beige half soles
