These classes are where dancers can work on strength, balance, flexibility and stamina. Classes will also focus on the refinement of dance basics as well as the exploration of advanced jumps, turns and floor work. Other fitness genres such as pilates, yoga and conditioning may be introduced in classes.

This would be a fun way for athletes to stay in shape during the off season.

This class does not perform in the recital.

The following dance attire is recommended for this class.    

Leotard or fitted tank tops with dance shorts or leggings

Beige slip on split sole Jazz Shoes or beige half soles.
