Let your movement tell a story in our Adult Lyrical class.

This class designed especially for adults who want to explore emotion, artistry, and flow through dance. Perfect for beginners, this class blends the grace of ballet with the expression of jazz and contemporary styles. You’ll build flexibility, balance, and confidence in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Whether you're new to dance or returning after time away, you’ll feel inspired, connected, and free to move—just for the love of dance.

This class does not perform in our recital.

Session One:  September 15th, 22nd, 29th, October 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

Session Two: November 3rd, 10th, 17th December 1st, 8th, 15th 

Session Three: January 5th, 12th, 26th, February 2nd, 9th, 23rd

Session Four: March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, April 6th, 13th
