Our Strength & Conditioning for Dancers class is designed to help dancers develop the physical skills needed to support healthy technique and powerful performance. Through a combination of dance-based conditioning, core strengthening, balance work, flexibility training, and injury-prevention exercises, dancers will build the strength and stamina needed for all styles of dance.
This class incorporates elements of ballet conditioning, Pilates, yoga, and functional movement training to improve alignment, stability, coordination, and overall athleticism. Whether you're looking to increase your endurance, improve your flexibility, or support your dance training, this class will help you move with greater strength and confidence.

Recommended attire:
Leotard or fitted tank top with dance shorts or leggings, beige slip-on split sole jazz shoes or beige half soles.
