Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting in a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.  It provides physical benefits such as improving flexibility, strength and can reduces joint pain.  Chair yoga can also help to increases concentration as it incorporates breath work with the poses that can help clear the mind of unwanted thoughts and improve mood all while decreasing stress.
